water from one of the top inlets. He called back within a few hours and
set up an appointment to look over the problem on Sunday. He called
and asked if he could come earlier than the original appointment on
Sunday. When he arrived he gave us a best case and a worse case
estimate of cost and time. We made the repair appointment for the next
day, Monday. He was very professional and arrived on time. We ended up
with the best case and he completed the repairs in under an hour. We
will use him for all our future plumbing needs.

and did not need replacing. Others tried to get the pipes in the
bathrooms replaced but again Al showed me they were copper. The other

prices ranging from $2,400 to $4,800 and estimated 1-1/2 days
Al came in and finished the job in 4-1/2 hours. Just as impressive he

promptly to my call and fit my work into his schedule the same day. He
found the cause of the original leak and showed me how deteriorated the
pipe connection was. He fixed the original leak on the hot water and
after showing me how the cold water connection was also becoming a
problem, he replaced it as well with my approval. I appreciated his
attitude ( he didn't talk down to me as some service people do) and he
answered all my questions, not only about this particular problem and
its cost, but also about other issues for the plumbing in a 50 year old
house. (I also had him look at my hot water heater and give me an

it. He went out and got a new tank. He removed the old one. He
replaced it and I had hot water by 8 pm. He worked until it was in and

Savelle was at our home within an hour of the call. He surveyed the
situation, and recommended that we replace the water line rather than
repair it. I was hesitant to commit to such an expensive repair, and as
we talked he found ways to reduce the cost. However in the end, I dug
up the broken water line and repaired it myself. But his prompt service
call and advice were valuable.

better. He arrived about 11:30 PM, he confirmed the leak. He told us he
could unclog the drain, but it would be better to put in a pipe

Angie's List discount. He agreed to come back at 9:00 or 9:30 AM the
next day. He ran into problems with an earlier appointment, so he called
to tell us that. Also some parts for the new drain cost more than he
anticipated. With my approval he charged us the difference $50. Then he
went to work being very careful not to make a mess or damage. He worked
for at least two and a half hours. He had put in a drain that was up to
date. He cleaned up everything. The ;price all told was $200. Can't
be more satisfied. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. He's
in my address book. I have recommended him to five neighbors.

to unclog it from the house and then from the street.When he went from
the street end he pulled out dirt.That told him the line had
collapsed.They dug up the front yard to get to the line.We watched the
whole time.They were nice and did not mind me watching or asking
questions.We saw that the pipe connections had broken and the ends were
partially collapsed.They replaced two sections of pipe and the clean out
that was buried under the yard.He was professional and courteous.He
covered the pipes, leveled the yard as best as possible and put grass
